Turning LP designs into bulk inventory for resale.

Quality and safety

Check critical dimensions before a full print. Test-fit when tolerances matter.
Be ready to disclose material, nozzle, infill, and wall counts if asked.
Be conservative on load-bearing parts and communicate limits.
Prohibited: any illegal use case, and any use case that could cause a safety issue. Printers are responsible for complying with local laws and safety best practices.

Leads, quotes, and refunds

Direct contact only. Lunar Prototypes does not escrow, arbitrate, or guarantee jobs.
Quotes must be accepted in writing (email or DM) before printing.
Refunds are between printer and customer. Redo or additional work: we will do our best to help you get it right, but there are no guarantees.

Conduct and privacy

Be respectful, communicate clearly, and set expectations on timelines.
Use city-level info on the map. Do not list home addresses.
Only share contact links you are comfortable publishing.

Help the community grow

Photos and short use-case notes are extremely helpful for other makers. Sharing them with LP is encouraged.
